Talent Roster Addition / New Online Opportunities
Congratulations.
Your talent profile and demos have now been added to the Voices On Call in-house talent roster.  Our current clients have exclusive access to this roster and can review your demos as they choose voice talents for their projects.        
Time to Expand
In the past, we have hesitated from maintaining a large internet presence. The majority of our clients come from other direct sources in the industry, corporate world, and of course, referrals.

We’ve decided it’s time to expand our services and open our Internet doors to the public.  The type and scope of projects generated via the Internet often are different from projects directly submitted from our industry direct channels.  Thus, some of our key talents have chosen to be included in our new online talent roster while others prefer to remain only on our in-house roster.

Some select talents will be given an opportunity for greater exposure via our internet website; some talents will not be included on this site. As our business model continues to evolve, increased emphasis will be placed on the online generated client activity.
Opportunities for Additional Talent Exposure
You and your demos are being considered for the additional exposure and online posting on our site. We would like to know if you would want your demos posted online or not. I would guess that by now you may be asking “ok Larry, how much is this going to cost me?” Well, get out your credit cards…No, just kidding. There is no fee for this (On the other hand, if you really want to toss money our direction, who are we to refuse it).

To include your demos online and give you additional client exposure, we ask only that you post a link to Voices on Call on your website. 

Do you have to do this? Of course not. Your demos will still be included in our in-house roster, just not online.

Keep in mind that we will be moving the majority of our clients to this online interface. I would appreciate it if you would post the link. While I am using copy/paste and bcc to write this email, I have hand selected the talents who receive this message. The majority of our top talents will be moving online.
Introducing Click

If you choose to have your demos included on our site, please add the link code listed below and reply to this email with the URL of the page where you posted the code. The link must be posted on a voiceover related site. Our automated spider “Click” (yes, we named our spider) will visit the URL you provide and look for the link code listed below. It the link code is found, your profile will be updated and placed online on our site. Please do not modify the link code or Click will not recognize it.

The code must be placed on a personal voiceover related web site or web page. Code cannot be placed on job listing sites, such as Voice123 and Voices.com, MySpace pages, or VoiceoverUniverse pages.

If for some reason, your demos are already online on VoicesOnCall.com and you have not placed the link on your site, please do as soon as possible. If Click does not register a link for you, your demos will automatically be dropped off the site as Click makes his rounds and phones home. Your profile will still remain on our in-house talent roster, but you will be will be missing the exposure that most of our clients will now be accessing.

If you would like to post the link and do not have the tools to do so, or do not know how to get it programmed, let me know. I will have one of our web design / programming team members contact you. While they do not offer web updates and programming at no charge, the rates are very low for quick updates and additions like this.

Again, your profile and demo are already part of our in-house roster.  This is your opportunity for additional online / Internet exposure.  Once you add the link, reply to this email with the URL.  Please remember to also include your name in your message. If I do not hear back from you, I will assume that you do not want the added visability of having your demos showcased online and we will remove them from our website and our online roster.
